At Kendotronics, we strive to get your order to your door fast!
Most orders usually take 1-3 working days to process. On busy times, it might take up to 5 days. Once shipped, your package will arrive depending on the shipping speed selected during checkout.
Normally, you will get your order faster than the timeframe indicated at checkout. At times we will even upgrade your shipping free of charge.
Estimate time frame depends on the distance from our warehouse to your door.
We have warehouses across the continental USA, depending on your address, we ship from the warehouse closest to you.
Economy Shipping, it normally takes 4-7 business days.
We use USPS First Class, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS SurePost
Standard Shipping, it normally takes 3-5 business days.

At times unforeseeable circumstances can affect the delivery speed of your order - such as weather or holidays.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the speed of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped. You will be notify with a tracking number to your mobile device or email, from there you can track the status.
MOST shipments will require and ADULT signature. Please be available to sign at time of delivery. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

1. Do you ship to Package Forwarding Services/Addresses?
Sorry, we DO NOT ship to Package Forwarding Services/Addresses. Orders with such addresses will be canceled.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
Sorry, at the moment, we can only ship within the continental USA
3. Do my shipping address need to match my credit/debit card's billing address?
In most cases, yes! To avoid any delays or cancellation of your order, we ask that you please use your billing address as your shipping address. But if you must use a different address, it maybe be fine. If there are any issues, we will inform you for further verification.
4. Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes! It it highly recommended that an adult is available at time of delivery in case an ADULT signature is required.
5. My item is fragile, how do you ensure it will arrive safely?
We packaged our devices with utmost care using sturdy box and plenty of cushioning on ALL sides and CORNERS to protect against damages during transport. We sealed the box tightly on all sides.
6. What types of packaging materials do you use to ship my order?
At Kendotronics, we care about the environment, we package all our devices ONLY with USED corrugated boxes, bubble wraps, foams, etc.
7. My package is on the way, can I request an address change?
Sorry, no we cannot make changes once the shipper has the package. If you manually contact the shipper to make any changes, we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages.
