Product conditions explained

Below you will find how we grade the cosmetic conditions of our devices. 

Brand New - Item in "Brand New" condition is sealed in original retail box. 

New - Item in "New" condition has NO cosmetic defects or blemishes. It will come in opened box, plain box or without box. 

Like New - Item in "Like New" condition has NO major cosmetic defects or blemishes. May show some very few superficial hairline scratches. May or may not come with original packaging. "Like New" items are gently used and still looks new.

Excellent - Item in "Excellent" condition will show minor cosmetic wear. Items will be fully functional and cosmetically will show minor signs of usage ranging from light scratches, dents, chips, scuffs on screen and/or housing.

Good - Item in "Good" condition will show signs of normal wear. Items will be fully functional and cosmetically will show visible signs of wear and tear ranging from light scratches, dents, chips, scuffs on screen and/or housing.

Fair - Item in "Good" condition will show heavy signs of wear. Items will be fully functional and cosmetically will have signs of wear and tear ranging from scratches, dents, chips, cracks, scuffs on screen and/or housing.

Parts/Repair - Item will have functionality issues and needs repair to work. Suitable for techie individuals. Cosmetic condition varies. Please refer to description condition for details.
