Your purchase is not final unless you are happy! We strive to earn your 5 stars.
Note: In most cases, the item you received may NOT have a problem. Sometimes a simple online search can resolve the problem. We strongly advise you to contact us and we will assist the best that we can.
We offer a 30-day money back or exchange for shipped orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here for a RMA# (make sure to include your ORDER# and reasons for return)
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please understand that as a small business, when you decide to return an item purchased, there are many costs we have to absorbed for your return - some of the costs range from shipping and labor, packing materials, shipping fees, payment processing fees, etc
RETURN POLICY:
Can I return item for any reason?
Unfortunately no. Returns are accepted ONLY if
1. There is an internal hardware/software issue with the device not stated in the description.
2. Product received is NOT as described per product listing description.
Note 1: Items condition marked as "FOR PARTS/REPAIR" or "SOLD AS-IS" are final. There are NO returns/exchanges for these items.
Note 2: Batteries on all electronics we sell can hold a charge UNLESS otherwise stated. We CANNOT guarantee the longevity, duration or life of the used battery. For example, we cannot guarantee how many hours the battery on your electronic device will last because it all depends on how you use it. For gaming laptops, the duration will be shorter due to high energy consumption for games hence it is always suggested to have laptop plugged into charger for gaming.
Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for the following reasons
-buyer remorse
-device missing a feature that you thought it had
-you jailbreak device causing it to become nonoperational
-you update iOS (for Apple devices) and encounter issues
-you update firmware (for Android devices) and encounter issues
-you root device (change firmware) and encounter issues
-you physically alter device's hardware
-you incurred moisture/water damage
-you caused other damages that affect its performance, usability, and functionality
-device battery not last longer than you expected
-you changed the device's operating system (for laptops)
-it cannot run a game or up to expectations (for laptops)
-it cannot run a software or up to expectations (for laptops)
-you run an incompatible game/software causing it to crash or resulted in a blue screen (for laptops)
Note: To ensure a smooth buying experience, please ASK ANY and ALL questions regarding device's condition, features, functionality and compatibility before placing your order. Please do your research and ensure the features you need is available on the device you wish to purchase. Do not assume anything. Please check and inspect device when you first receive it. We check, inspect and describe our products to the best of our ability. All devices offered for sale are tested to be in FULL working condition (except devices listed as "for parts/repair or marked sold as-is")
RETURN EXEMPTIONS:
If your product do not qualify for a return, in rare cases, we might make an exemption. For such cases, there will be a 10% restocking fees (based on total price paid), payment processing fees, original shipping fees (regardless if order was thru a free shipping promo offer, as welll as customer pays for return shipping costs.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping costs (unless item received is damaged/defective or not as described)
As a courtesy, we can assist with supplying to you a return label upon your request. The costs is usually lower than what you will pay at the USPS, FedEx or UPS. To receive a return label, you must pre-paid to us the costs via Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo OR we can deduct the cost of the label at time of refund of your original payment. Contact us if you would like a pre-paid return label.
Damages and device issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
30-day device IMEI/ESN Warranty:
All devices for sale will have a Clean IMEI/ESN at time of purchase and throughout the life of the device. However, if it happens that the device has an IMEI/ESN issue down the road, you can return to us for exchange or refund within 30 days. To qualify for exchange/refund, the following rules apply:
-The IMEI/ESN of device being returned must match our records.
-You DID NOT purchase insurance for device from your wireless carrier and later report device lost/stolen.
-You DID NOT resell device to another party.
-Device must be in original cosmetic condition without any cracks, water/liquid or other physical damages.
-Device must be fully operational as initially received.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send a replacement.
How to Request Return/Exchange:
To prevent fraudulent claims, we photographed device's cosmetic condition and keep records of all of our device's IMEI, ESN, Model#, and Serial#. Devices being returned for exchange or refund must be in original cosmetic condition and must include all packaging and/or original accessories as received. Any cosmetic damage or missing items will be subjected to deductions from original amount.
Any device being returned for exchange/refund will be carefully inspected. If we find that your claims are false, your exchange/refund will be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse returned item or issue an exchange if device being returned does not match our records or the cosmetic condition is different as originally received.
Important: When making a return/exchange, you must include all accessories, if any, as originally received such as charger, headset, microSD cards, cases, etc. Sim cards cannot be re-used, therefore, a deduction will be made based on the original price paid.
Exchange Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse exchange if device being returned does not match our records or the cosmetic condition is different as originally received.
If device for exchange is not available, you have the option to wait until we get it in stock (usually 5-7 days) or we can issue a refund.
Exchange for similar device: If the cosmetic condition of the new device is better than the device being returned, you will need to pay the difference.
Exchange for different device: If you opt to exchange for a different device model with higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
REFUND POLICY:
Standard Returns (your order qualifies for a full refund)
The total amount paid will be refunded.
Exemption Returns (your order DOES NOT qualify for a full refund, but we made an exemption for you)
The total purchase price paid less original paid shipping fees as well as
1. original shipping fees (see note below)
2. card processing fees
3. return shipping fees - if we had to send you a return pre-paid label
4. 10% restocking fees
Note: If you paid ZERO SHIPPING COSTS due to a promotion or offer, you will be charged a standard shipping costs for returns based on the following products:
1. Laptops $25
2. Desktops/All-in-One PCS $35
2. Mobile Phones $15
3. Tablets/iPads $15
4. Electronic accessories $10
The amount above will be deducted at time of refund from your original payment amount.
When and how do I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
